Built around the equipment you service

A useful history starts with knowing which unit you worked on. CoolOps keeps customer and equipment records alongside refrigerant transactions, so the next visit can start with the previous record.

• Customers and equipment: keep equipment details and the associated customer together.
• Refrigerant records: record transactions and export refrigerant information to PDF.
• HVAC invoices: create invoice records, capture a signature and share a PDF.
• Offline access: keep working with your records on the device when a connection is unavailable.

A personal workflow for the field

CoolOps is a single-user app for iPhone and iPad. It does not offer shared team dispatch or team synchronization. A small-shop technician can use it for their own records; it is not a shared office system.

PDF invoicing does not include in-app card processing. Current availability, purchases and subscription terms are shown in the App Store listing. Features do not guarantee compliance with a particular rule or substitute for accurate job records.
